InfluencerHubs offers multiple subscription plans, including Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans. Features, pricing, and limitations of each plan are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
All payments must be made in advance using the available payment methods, including UPI and other supported channels. Prices are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
You agree not to misuse the Services or use them for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities, including spamming, impersonation, or violation of third-party rights.
InfluencerHubs does not create, endorse, or control influencer content. All content, communications, campaign deliverables, and interactions are the sole responsibility of the respective users on the platform.
All platform content, software, trademarks, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of InfluencerHubs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written permission.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service; however, InfluencerHubs does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, timely, or error-free.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
InfluencerHubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
